Venezuelan coffee

50ml Reserva Exclusiva
30ml coffee liquor
10ml falernum
3 coffee beans

– Add all ingredients to shaker and shake hard. Double strain into stemmed glass and
float three coffee beans on the foam

– Optionally garnish with floated heavy cream. Can also be served hot exchanging the coffee liquor for fresh espresso for a tropical version of the after dinner favourite the Irish coffee.

Linneas coffee cream:
Simmer 100ml heavy cream with a three cracked cinnamon sticks for about 5min on low heat, strain and let cool. Shake with e.g teaspoon in shaker until thick but not whipped.
